On February 12, 2025, the Center for Innovative Educational Technologies “PNU-EcoSystem” hosted a career guidance intellectual game “Artificial Intelligence and Fraud in the Digital Age” organized by the Bohdan Stuparyk Department of Pedagogy and Educational Management.
Head of the Bohdan Stuparyk Department of Pedagogy and Educational Management Liubov Prokopiv made an opening speech to the participants. She emphasized the importance of digital literacy and critical thinking in the context of the rapid development of modern technologies, as well as the need to integrate digital skills into the professional life of future professionals.
Halyna Voloshchuk, Director of the Educational and Research Center for Professional Career and Lifelong Learning, emphasized the relevance of the event, noting that the university provides all opportunities for students’ professional and personal development, outlined the benefits of studying at the university, and stressed the importance of developing critical thinking and digital competencies.
The speaker of the event was Taras Paska, Doctor of Philosophy, Lecturer at the B. Stuparyk Department of Pedagogy and Educational Management, who shared modern cases of using artificial intelligence in education and explained how to recognize the risks of digital manipulation, and spoke about ways to prevent digital fraud.
The competition was attended by four teams of students majoring in Preschool Education at the Ivano-Frankivsk Professional College of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University:

Over the course of four rounds, the participants actively discussed the impact of artificial intelligence on integrity in the digital environment, performed tasks requiring logical thinking, and demonstrated cohesion and ingenuity.

2nd place – Power of Bytes;
3rd place – “Code of the Mind”.
The IQ-Storm team received an award in a special nomination for Creative Leaders of Change.
